With over 36 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and 20 years as owner and CEO of the company he started in as a trainee, Kevin’s focus has been bringing value to the customer as he has led the business through all stages of growth. 

Kevin’s passion for real estate began in 2008 with the purchase of his first investment property. Scott Original grew up in the Northeast in a small dairy farm community.  After high school, he moved to the West Coast to continue his education in business and marketing where he played college baseball.  After graduating college, Scott returned to his home town where he met his wife Amy.  Scott and his wife then decided to make a change and move to North Texas where they have lived and raised their four children the past 22 years.    

 Scott was a director of operations for 16yrs in Dallas Fortworth Metroplex managing multiple facilities throughout Texas and Oklahoma.  Part of Scott’s responsibility was negotiating commercial lease or purchase properties.  Scott is well informed of many areas thoughout the country due to work or having the opportunity to travel and live in these areas.  In 2017, Scott decided to leave his position and help his wife with her busy real estate business. Scott started as a property manager managing their personal rental properties in North, TX.  In 2020 he obtained his real estate license so that he can help others experience the happiness of finding the perfect home and getting the best price for their property when it is time to sell.
